Did you know that asking questions, is one way we can model the communication style of Jesus? According to the work of Martin B. Copenhaver, the former President of Andover Newton Theological School, in the Bible Jesus asks 307 questions. And of the 183 questions he was asked, he only directly answers 3 of them.
Jesus, who had all the answers, thought it was more important to ask the right questions. Because questions, asked with love, invite relationship.
